Remate (USA) Inc. was set up in 2002 as a local subsidiary of REMATE
LINCE, its Mexican parent. Since its creation, it has allowed the
REMATE Group to establish and reinforce its relationships with banks
established in the USA and Canada, increasing sizeably
the volume their transactions in derivative instruments in Mexican
Pesos.
